We participate in the following insurance plans:

  • Anthem PPO (Blue Cross/Blue Shield)
  • United Health Care

We see many patients with Anthem Healthkeepers, Cigna, and Aetna insurance policies, but they are processed as out-of-network benefits.  Coventry and Southern Health are now under Aetna after being bought by them. Most people have out-of-network benefits through their policies and we will be able to tell you what your benefits will be at the time of visit.

If you have Tri-care, no chiropractic insurance benefits are available through them.

Please provide us with your insurance information and, if you have coverage, we will assist you in getting all available reimbursement. Our staff will call your insurance company and find out your insurance benefits. We will let you know what coverage your insurance provides before you make any decisions. If you want to find out your insurance benefits prior to coming to our office, please call our office and tell us that you are faxing or emailing us the following information: The front and back of your insurance card, your full name, and your date of birth.

When there is no insurance, different payment plans are available.  We will do whatever possible to make special arrangements.

We accept all types of payments including major credit cards (Visa, MC, AmEx, and Discover).
